Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the download has started or been completed. 2.2 Online Styling Consultations

For online styling consultations, you may cancel or reschedule without penalty up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation price. If you miss your appointment without prior notification, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If a styling consultation does not take place due to technical issues on our end or unavailability of our stylist, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

2.3 Personal Styling Packages

Personal styling packages may be cancelled with a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no services have been rendered. If you have already received part of the services included in your package, we will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion, less a 20% administrative fee.

2.4 Styling Course Enrollments

For styling courses, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of enrollment. If you are not satisfied with the course content, you may request a refund within this period, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course material. Refund requests made after the 14-day period or after completing more than 25% of the course will not be honored.

Consumers in the European Union and the UK have the right to withdraw from certain contracts within 14 days without giving any reason (cooling-off period).
